Creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported in making meaningful change.
I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with openness, curiosity, and self-compassion. I bring a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where you can explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and move toward what feels most meaningful to you.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and 2SLGBTQ+ experiences. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals through periods of identity exploration, major life changes, and the impacts of chronic stress and burnout.
My approach is grounded in warmth, flexibility, and respect for your unique experiences. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals.
I also provide affirming support for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and enjoy working with neurodivergent clients from a strengths-based perspective. Together, we can explore relationship dynamics, family conflict, grief, reconciliation, and the challenges that arise when navigating change.
I believe therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating to be effective. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and better equipped to create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
