What to Expect from Therapy

Confidentiality: Your therapist is bound by law and professional ethics to maintain confidentiality. This means they will not share your personal information with anyone without your consent, ensuring a safe space for you to express yourself.
Safety: Your therapist will create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. This supportive atmosphere is crucial for effective therapy and personal growth.
Informed Consent: At the beginning of therapy, your therapist will explain their approach, boundaries, and expectations. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide informed consent, ensuring you are comfortable with the therapeutic process.
