      <image:caption>Walk and Talk Outdoor Therapy takes you away from distractions and gets you back to nature. You and your counsellor will step away from the traditional office setting and could be out walking or sitting in a nearby park or by the lake. Combining mindfulness-based physical activity (walking) with traditional talk therapy can provide you with a unique opportunity to practice being in the moment – breathing in fresh air and being at peace with your surroundings - while working through your concerns.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Lokahi Wellness Collective was established in 2022 to offer support and healing to people within the Okanagan Valley as well as online to people throughout British Columbia and Canada.  Lokahi [loh-kah-hee] is a term with Hawaiian roots representing balance and harmony. Within Hawaiian culture, health is viewed from a holistic lens. One is considered “healthy” when the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of themselves are all in harmony. These aspects are often referred to as the “Lokahi Triangle”. Traditionally, healing for the physical body cannot occur without setting right any problems within the mental or spiritual realm.  At Lokahi Wellness Collective, we will spend time getting to know you and discovering the true origins of your concerns. You will be offered a fresh perspective and new tools to allow your mind and body to work together in achieving health, greater awareness, balance, and well-being. It is my greatest hope that through this process you too can find your own unique balance and harmony in life.
